During
the training of youths for the Ganeda military, they are each
assigned an identical uniform. Although unifying colors and
patterns are common in other branches of the military, the
uniform nature of Military Cadets are unique. The idea is
to serve as an equalizer and to tone down rivalries between
hot-headed students.
It is a simple affair, consisting of a simple, long grey garment
worn over a white tunic and a belt. When necessary for the
wearer's weapon of choice, a variety of shoulder armors are
employed.
Unfortunately, this often has the opposite effect of its intention,
making the differences between cadets even more pronounced.
This is especially the case when they take to the notion of
"modifying" their uniforms with extra colorful embellishments.
