Originating
as a quick fix for the utterances of a less appropriate four-letter
word, the term has found common usage on its own in areas
surrounding the Ganeda Province. It is less common elsewhere.
The term is arguably a reference to the four species of faerie,
but some linguists contend it's merely an excuse for alliteration.
Variations exist, such as "in the Four Faeries' name"
or "By the Four Faeries."
